How long does shipping take?

Once you place an order, we'll send a confirmation email. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking code. NL & BE: Order before 23:00 is next day delivery. DE: Delivery within 3 business days. DK, FR, IT, PT, SP, SW, UK: Delivery within 5 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other countries at the moment.
How can I return an item?

Go to your profile, enter your email, and you’ll receive a one-time access code. Once logged in, your store credits will be available and can be applied automatically at checkout.
